Amazing outside area

Over the past 16 months Trees & Scenes have created the most amazing outside area at our property in Sidmouth. A wrap around terrace with retaining walls clad in Cornish slate complete with outdoor kitchen, wood oven, fireplace with chimney, mini amphitheatre, reflection pool, pergola, raised planters, even building a concrete bar and culminating with a large wooden dining table and benches hewn from trees felled in our garden. A gargantuan project but from design to completion Shane and Dan were totally professional, hardworking in all weathers, able to resolve any problems, deal with complex plans, organise all materials and deliveries and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much for bringing my dream to fruition.

Recommend them

Having seen the standard of work done by Trees and Scenes at a friend's property, we were keen to choose this company to lay decking in our back garden. Fantastic job

Shane and his team did a fantastic job. Shane had great ideas for the work I had planned and he kept me fully informed before and during the work. His team were friendly and extremely hard working. The end product was incredible and makes our front look very smart. Nothing was too much trouble for Shane including helping me with planning permission by creating a scale plan of the intended works. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Shane was brilliant at sorting out any issues that arose during the work and discussing options with me. A great company that I recommend 100%.

Recommend Trees & Scenes

Trees & Scenes were recommended to me by someone who I'd known for some time and was a very keen gardener. Now I consider gardening a fight against nature and wanted something as low maintenance as possible. Shane, the owner of Trees & Scenes gave advice on how to do this. His estimate was very detailed and easy to understand. The job was quite a large one as my garden is tiered with three levels. Shane and his guys did a fantastic job. Sadly the pictures don't do it justice. My only regret is that I kept changing my mind as the job progressed and kept adding things. Shane kept his sense of humour and the end result exceeded expectations. I can't recommend Trees and Scenes strongly enough.

Constructive suggestions

We moved to Exmouth 2 years ago so we took a risk when choosing Shane to help us with our back garden. It sloped, and was waterlogged because of the clay soil and positioning and had far too many shrubs for us to want to maintain. From our first contact Shane listened to our wishes and made constructive suggestions for our garden. He followed this with a detailed quotation. He engaged with us and was only too happy to make changes. After working for over 3 weeks here, we are very pleased with the result. . A friend's reaction to the dry stone wall was "WOW". To have a punctual, friendly, tidy team working so hard to our satisfaction was a joy.

Smart and friendly

Shane and the team from Trees & Scenes recently completed work on removing a tree, landscaping area next to ditch and building a dry stone wall around the culvert at the lower end of the ditch.
